Ken is the President and co-owner. He is a trained engineer with an MBA. After working his way up the corporate ladders in a couple of different multinational companies, he wanted to try something different and decided to go out on his own. That’s when he became the owner of Impact Printing. He brings his expertise in high-tech manufacturing to the printing world. By investing in the latest technologies, he is striving to help our customers get the most out of their print marketing dollar.

Chuck is our General Manager. He knows virtually everything there is to know about printing and is an outstanding teacher. Without Chuck, growing the business would have been much harder. Printing’s been in Chuck’s blood since 1969 while still in high school. After Vietnam, Chuck started as a Letter Press Operator for Fine Arts Graphics where he eventually became Plant Manager. In 1985 he was brought to HiTech Publications as Plant Manager and helped grow the business to nearly 10 times it’s original size. He brings a variety of management skills and experiences to Impact, which are helping our company grow as well. Chuck is also the company “Golf Man.” Rain or shine he’s on the course working on his swing.

Doug is the other production manager here at Impact. When he was still in high school, Doug worked for his father in the small family printing business. Just because he had the same last name as the owner didn’t mean that he got all the “good” jobs. Doug worked his way up from bindery, press operator, and sales to eventually running the family business following his father’s retirement in 2003. Doug joined the Impact team in 2008 and his valuable insight in traditional printing has been a great asset to the company.
