Enter digital printing’s inherent short run advantages. No Plates to change or create, no ink blankets, rollers…nothing but digital for us means virtually non-existent set-up fees with quick turn-around times for you. With 75% of ALL color print jobs nowadoays defined as “short run” (5,000 or less), by digitizing once and uploading instead of re-plating and re-inking, you can stop ordering in bulk “to save” and start ordering digitally “as needed” to truely save.
Throw away rates from offset print jobs due to unanticipated changes in product, location, price and employees average 30% and are the largest source of unnecessary waste in the print industry. On the other had, digital print turn-around time is 2-3 days and throwaways are non-existent, because the need to print in bulk to negate costly pre-press set-up fees doesn’t apply.
Furthermore, our digital Xerox iGen4 has an industry-leading 14.2”x22.4” maximum image size which allows us to print the most of what you need per page possible, in the smallest quantity necessary.
Our Xerox iGen4 saves our partners on the front-end, (re-set-up fees eliminated) middle, (industry-leading sizing and quick turn around) and the back-end (offset’s 30% throw-away rate eliminated).
