Upload Files to Us

If your files are too large to email to us, do not fear. There are a couple different ways to get your print-ready files to us.

The first option is via FTP. Using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows you to transfer large files from your computer to our server. This is accomplished by using a FTP Client. File Zilla is a FTP Client that is free and easy to use. To download File Zilla please click here. After downloaded, open the program and enter the provided login info in the text boxes at the top. Then press “Quick Connect.” This will connect to our server and show the files on the right that our clients have uploaded to us. Find your folder or right click and select “create directory” to make a new folder. Then navigate to your files on the left side (Local Site). All you have to do after that is drag your files from the left over to your folder on the right. Once you’ve transfered your files to us just email or call to let us know the transfer is complete. This process is a little tricky the first time but after that is pretty easy to use.

The second option is using You Send It. You Send It is an email service that allows you to send large files. To download a free trial of You Send It, go to www.yousendit.com. If you are uploading these files for a quote, please send them to info@impactpdx.com or the email of the person you are currently working with.
